Validity of Sales Order
Delivery of order must be completed within 12months from date of purchase. If item(s) is not collected or delivered within 12 months from confirmation of delivery, Cellini reserves the right to forfeit the purchase without refund.
Cancellation Policy / Return Policy
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 days of the purchase date. A non-refundable transaction fee of 3% may be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway charges imposed on the merchant. All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected].
All cancellation requests received after the 2-day window will be subject to a 35% cancellation charge.
We are unable to refund the following items:
- Customised items in non-standard display colours.
- Upholstered items in special performance fabrics (e.g., Aqua Clean, Fabricgard).
- Clearance sale items.
- Display items.
Orders Paid with Discount Vouchers or Coupons
If you cancel any item in an order that has a discount voucher or coupon applied, the refund will be based on the final paid price after the discount. The discount amount will be apportioned across the items in the order of their respective values.
Where an order is partially cancelled, the full absolute value of the original discount voucher will not be reissued or reapportioned to the remaining items in the revised order.
Refund Calculation Example
A customer places an order for 2 items with a total order value of S$2,000, less a S$100 discount voucher, resulting in a final paid price of S$1900.

Bundle and Purchase-with-Purchase (PWP) Orders
Bundle and PWP orders are sold at specially discounted prices as part of a combined offer. If any item in such an order is cancelled or returned, the bundle or PWP discount will be withdrawn. The remaining items will be charged at their original selling prices, and the applicable cancellation, return or restocking fee will apply to the cancelled or returned item(s). Accordingly, any partial cancellation or return will result in the entire order being recalculated based
on the original selling prices of the remaining items.

Product Information
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
In some cases, the products we offer for sale and made from natural materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive.
We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.
We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.
Cellini reserves the right to make changes to the size and material, without notice. The measurements given are indicative, and may have some tolerances applied. In particular, upholstery products dimensions are approximate, due to the soft nature of paddings.
Refund Processing
Refund will only be processed after the returned item has been collected and received. Once confirmed, refunds will take up to 7 business days to be processed and will be credited to the original payment method. Cellini Design Center Pte Ltd reserve the right to vary the mode of refund where necessary.
